Just Had One Die

Pros: This unit is so easy to use and get setup. It has a fan and a good power supply. I have used it for Hard Drives and Burners.

Cons: I have two of these and I just had one die. I had it for 2 years running 24/7. The fan on the other one that works has stopped working. If you get it expect the life to be around 2-3 years if you use it 24/7. It is a little loud when the fan works.

Other Thoughts: I will buy another one because for the price it's a good unit that last a few good years.

Other Thoughts: Often I'll bring this external to friends, and it just won't show up on their computers, it is extremely frustrating, even on my own computer at times windows just won't recognize the drive, I've RMA'd this twice already, and both times I have had the same problems.

GREAT CASE

Pros: Excellent case, I've had this running with a Seagate 200Gb Drive on 24/7 for over 4 years with now porblems

Cons: Fan died after about 3 years of 24/7 operation. Never replaced fan cause I'm to lazy and everything still works fine!
