great, strong power supply
- Pros: Has alot of amps on the 12v rail for a cheap 520 watt psu. This is one heck of a power supply for the wattage and price! I have owned this for 4 years and it has been through about 7 different systems and has not backed down or sputtered once!!! This is the best power supply I have ever owned because it is the only one I have ever had to own! I am a harcore gamer and have gone through many power hungry video cards each year (1950xtx, 8800gtx, 7800gt's sli, etc etc.) and I would strongly reccomend that if you dont have a ton of money to spend on a psu, get this one cause its solid!
- Cons: a fan blew out about a year ago, but i replaced it with a better one :)

Finally Died
- Pros: Gave me about 3 years, cooled system temps, worked very well overall.
- Cons: It died? It is a bit noisy too when compared to other PSUs I own.
- Other Thoughts: I bought this power supply back in 2005 when I upgraded my video card to an AGP card that required a 4 pin power connection. After 34 months of use, I had turned off the PSU to do something inside of my case and when I plugged it back in, the system wouldn't start up. I swapped in a spare PSU and it turned right on. Luckily for me the PSU died quietly and not with an explosion =P
On the plus side, I was able to take all three of the fans out of it once it was dead, so I have acquired additional system fans now. Unfortunately they were all 2 pin fans, so they either have to be converted, or you can force them into 3 pin connection slots.
Honestly I have been buying PSUs from a different company since I bought this one, but this one did give me about 3 years so I can't complain. Way better than any cheap PSU you can buy, but maybe not the absolute best you can find. I still would recommend it.
Good pice, good power, Won't last in the long run

- Cons: just will not last much after it hits this 1 year mark, if it ever gets there.
- Other Thoughts: I've had 4 PSUs different or same models from this company and they have all ecept for one died shortly after the 1 year mark so no RMA for me :-/
This last one died after 6 months of little to no activity.
My friend has one which has lasted 2 years and that one is after to die. In all honesty please save like 10-20 more bucks and buy some good quality PSUs. This may seem like a deal at first, but you waste more money in the long run, much like I did. Never again will I buy Apevia PSUs, I mean come on these guys do fans not PSUs!
