When you build a gaming system you need to make sure you can supply it the power you need. The Raidmax Hybrid 2 RX-530SS is a serious contender in the power wars. This 530W PSU delivers 28A on the +3.3V rail and 34A on the +5V rail plus 20A and 17A on the two 12V rails giving you plenty of power for your mobo and everything you load into the system.
The 20+4 and CPU power connectors are full length because everyone needs those. The rest of the connectors are modular so you only use what you need. There are four SATA, six molex, two FDD and perhaps most important of all two PCIe connectors for high end video cards.
Keeping all that power cool requires an extreme cooling solution. A massive 135mm cooling fan with blue LEDs takes up the bottom panel of the housing. The back panel is perforated in a Hexflo honeycomb mesh for maximum airflow combined with superior strength.

Pros: Very good bargain with "August" rebate. Same internals as Aerocool Zero-DBA 500W/Sigma Shark 585W. See only decent, detailed, and thorough review of Aerocool at jonnyguru website. Results are not bad for non-PFC PSU. Uses quality capacitors, transistors (MOSFET), and diodes. Has more than enough components to properly handle irregularities/spikes in AC socket (transient filtering). Plenty of modular connectors, big 135mm quiet fan, and affordable.
Cons: Like the review, it is a non-PFC therefore not as efficient. There is no heatsink on the primary rectifier, so that is worrisome.
Other Thoughts: Purchased it based on specs and price. Could not find a review of this specific product. Did not have a clue about what makes a decent PSU, so that worried me. Found a very good writeup at hardwaresecrets website on "Anatomy of Switching PSUs". Must read! Also, jonnyguru website is only place so far that has correct reviews of PSUs, so check that out first.

Pros: 20a + 17a on the dual +12v Rails! Good power for my system. Semi-Modular, and plenty of molex, 4x SATAs! SLi Ready (not for 8800 series SLi, but more than sufficient to power a single tho), quiet single 120mm cooling solution. Stable voltages, readings are 3v = 3.28, 5v = 5.07, 12v = 12.14. CHEAP!
Cons: not much info can be found about this PSU unit, no reviews, not listed on raidmax's site. but i cannot name anything bad for the unit itself.
Other Thoughts: Time will tell how good this is. Intel e4300 @ 3.4 @ 1.55v, wintec ampX PC6400 2x1GB dual channel kit @ 944mhz @ 2.1v, Asus P5B-E rev 1.01g, evga 8800GTS 320mb 600/1000, 2x Maxtor 7200 harddrives, 2x plextor optical drives, 6 Fans, 4 cold cathode tubes. This PSU is enough to power all that without a hitch so far.

Pros: This psu is rock solid. i love the modular cables and it's perfect for what my wife needed and it was only 40 bucks.
Cons: none so far.
Other Thoughts: I have heard some not good things about raidmax psu's and only time will tell if the thing lasts. If it does then I'll recommend raidmax to people i know.

Pros: Versatility. That's why i bought it. Of course, there are some caveats, check cons.
dual PCIE on a mATX? awesome.
Onboard HDMI, video, sound, ect. You essentially don't need any cards unless you are gamer (which i am).
Cons: You can't use the DDR3 unless you install an AM3 chip. Not a big deal, but if you were planning on stepping up your system as you had money, you have to make the big chip leap first. Also, if you had money to buy DDR3 ram when you bought this board, guess what? You'll have to send it back.
Won't go on standby. I like to push the power button, windows goes to sleep and the computer essentially shuts down. This computer leaves all the fans and lights on during standby. I switched to hibernate mode on Winxp, but that adds time. I liked my 5 second boot time from sleep mode.
Other Thoughts: Nothing special about this board. Its just so-so.
