4 out of 5 eggsGood for its price

Pros: Its a good power supply for its price, it makes a great replacement for the old one in my old tower. It is very quite, and have not had a problem with it yet. The built in LED is an added bonus.

Cons: The power cords are on the short side, they could be longer.

4 out of 5 eggsUpgrade

Pros: It works

Cons: The extra 4 pin is harder to plug in than my old 24 pin motherboard connector, blue LED fan.

Other Thoughts: I bought this because I had added a bunch of LEDs to my computer and needed more power, and it was as cheap as the 300w I had. I didn't notice that it had a blue LED. Not that it clashes with my green LEDs, but I was going for a full green machine. Why can't I find a cheap power source like this with a green LED fan?

3 out of 5 eggsnot bad for low power application

Pros: Cheap, very quiet, works great with older mobo's

Cons: the gauge of wire used throughout the unit is a bit smaller than what you would normally see, kinda flimsy. I wouldn't recommend this PS for an box with high power demands.

Other Thoughts: I have two of these one was for an Via Epia board and the other was a 1.0 ghz AMD. This is about the most I would trust this power supply with, the folks who posted snap crackle pop most likely were exceeding this power supplies rated specs.

4 out of 5 eggsCheap power supply.

Pros: I bought this cheap power supply after a power outage took out my previous one. Works as it should with no problems whatsoever. The blue LED gives it a nice touch.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsWonderful

Pros: Bought to use in an old computer who's 300W power supply died so i bought this one. I love the led lights, makes it look very presentable. It worked right out of the box

Cons: I'm not sure if its that I had no memory or the power supply but the HDD was making a weird beeping noise so I figured it was the memory, I hope its the memory :)

Other Thoughts: My brother removed the memory from the old computer. It's a Pentium 4 I dont really know the spec but it had 1GB of memory and my brother removed them to see if it would work in the newer computer, now i can't find them. I am planning on buying some from Newegg very soon

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: This power supply is running a MSI AMD+2 board with dual core AMD 5600 processor and 800 mhz memory.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Low Cost Power Supply

Pros: Rock reliable. Low cost, quiet. I highly doubt it puts out a consistent 400 watts but it powers my system better than the Apevia 500 watt power supply that was supposed to replace it. Only rated at 16 amps on the 12v rail but seems to work fine. I have an Athlon x2 4000+, HD3850 256Mb card, 2 Hard drives, 2 optical drives and 2 case fans.

Cons: At this price none really.

Other Thoughts: Could not ask for more at this price. It's very plain jane other than the illuminated fan. For a basic system I think this will get the job done for anyone.

4 out of 5 eggsGood enough but a little short

Pros: Dirt cheap, quiet and pretty.

Cons: The ATX power cable is short. Real short. I connected this to a Biostar NF520-A2 (Item#:N82E16813138077) which has the power on the left side of the board and the cable was so shor I had to route it over the proc fan. Not something I would ever normally do but this system has to be out the door in 3 hours so ...

Other Thoughts: Reminds me a lot of the Fortron PSU's I've used before but much lighter so I have to wonder how good the components are.

5 out of 5 eggsGood power supply

Pros: Runs well with a biostar motherboard.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: the reason that it might burn out for some people is because some plug was probily not pulged in all the way or it was a falty power supply and should be sent back to be replaced becausethe 1 i have is very good.
