Pros: Nice product. Aluminum plates on top and bottom. Frame is steel sheet metal, and side plates are black plastic. My Seagate 7200.10 320gb fit in perfectly. The lights are bright. Obviously made in china or something but its so simple it's not a bad thing.
Cons: The fan doesn't blow very well at all. I can barely feel it, but it works at under 40C and idles at room temp.
Also it could use some simple rubber feet but on a smooth surface the metal isnt bad. You can stand it up too and its pretty stable
Other Thoughts: Works well, no cheap construction, worth the money.
PS. Rosewill, you need to spell/grammar check your instruction manual

Pros: Simple to install HD,Very quiet so far, Fan off/on switch. Heavy duty case compared to some.
Cons: wish the power off/on switch was on the front, but its minor. Could use longer usb/sata cables
Other Thoughts: At first i thought i had the light on the right side burned out like someone else stated, but it only comes on when your transfering files. Very happy with this purchase.

Pros: Very well built, fast, works like a charm with Hitachi Ultrastar 500gb 32M hard drive.
Cons: Airflow is poor, but was easily remedied by flipping the internal muffin fan so that the air is drawn through the round opening and out through either side. Very noticeable difference in drive temps afterward.
Other Thoughts: Installed low-profile Zalman ZM-RHS1 memory heatsinks to the exposed edge of the hard drive for added cooling. Hard drive never even gets warm, even after 80 hours of constant file transfer. This encloser is a great choice for 1TB or larger drives. :)

Pros: 54 meg transfer speed (not scientific just what I noted on my system) via eSATA. Well built, it doesn't "feel" cheap in any way. It's been powered up since the day I bought it about a month ago with no issues. I installed a WD 1tb black drive in it and it's stayed cool even when doing the initial copy (about 500 gig continuously ).
I like the fact that it comes with a pci slot eSATA adapter and all the cables you'll need to fire it up no matter how you intend to do it. It's very simple and using the eSATA connection makes it just as fast as my other internal drives.
Cons: The fan is a little noisy but not a deal breaker. The drive holding screws took a little "finessing" to get them to line up. That's about it.
Other Thoughts: I never give 5 stars unless it really surprises me so 4 stars is a very good rating IMO.

Pros: Tech Knowledge Question - LOL - Vanity Question for the brain. My Tech rating is TOP SECRET - need to know basis only.
Anywayz - got 2 of these devices. Works like a Charm. Fan runs quite in my case, then again i dont hear it because of these 6 PC ( servers ) running and 2 Gaming PCs.
Using these for backups to HD. Im too LAZY to burn DVDs.
I only leave them on when i'm backing up Junk i think is important - like MP3s and One Resume.
Cons: NoT a Con but an observation.
Just a Note on the display picture. Display Shows both blue lights ON. The Left Light is the power light and the other is the hard drive activity light. So in reality ONLY the left side is on.
The right is for hard drive activity.
Other Thoughts: Change the picture to reflect ONLY the left light stays on.

Pros: esata and usb easy to install hdd cool blue leds small include a esata port if you dont have one on your mobo decent siz fan
Cons: none really
Other Thoughts: can do backups faster via esata. also the fan gots a on/off switch incase you dont need it. runs cool with or without. Going to buy another one for another hdd.
