Power packed to the core, the ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT 620W power supply is ideal for the ultra high end water-cooled dual-GPU gaming system. It is SLI, CrossFire and Dual Core CPU ready, and will add real boost to your beast machine. The silent 120 mm fan and modular cabling reduce vibrations, lower noise emissions, and provide efficient cooling to enhance performance. Since it is Universal Input capable, ATX12V v2.2 compliant, and works with both ATX and BTX form factors, you can use it almost anywhere, without worrying about input voltages.
The power supply uses industrial grade components to provide stable and unflappable output, and protection against power and voltage surges. Designed to last long, its MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of 100,000+ hours. It sports two +12V output (12V1, 12V2) rails, which allow support for the greediest PCs.
Courtesy of its high-quality EMI shielding, the ELT620AWT can be placed near sensitive devices without any fear of stray magnetic interference, and gives you 80% efficiency, so less energy is wasted as heat or interference, delivering more power to your hungry system!

Super high quality
- Pros: Modular, lots of power, silent, cables plentiful enough, cables and connectors super high quality, PS fan MB connector, voltage steady,
- Cons: I wish I had some way to customize the length of each cable. I have so much stuff in the case that I can't seem to get the cables to look super neat.
- Other Thoughts: I have 6 HDs, a dual core CPU, the case has 3 120mm fans, Zalman 92mm fan, Zalman GPU cooler and the voltage is just as steady as can be.
120mm PS fan whispers along at about 960 RPMs
Got The Goods
- Pros: Size isn't an issue, got all the power you need. Read reviews, anything below 600W with an SLI configuration is a waste of time and money. As for blown psu's, all companies put out a lemon, you just won the prize. Bad companies are those that don't replace faulty merchandise. (Did a command inspection on M2 Bradley hulls, my gunner did the turrets. While being inspected, the ISU (Infrared Scanning Unit[??])in the turret blew up, no reason. We failed. I didn't, but guilt by association. Moral of the story... Electronics and Murphy= BAD. Move out and draw fire.)
- Cons: No cons. Period.
- Other Thoughts: Murphy can't touch Newegg, though!

Dated PSU, overpriced.
- Pros: +Has served me reliably for 18 months. Now it is weak and dated.
+ Was ample 2 years ago.
- Cons: + 22 amps per a pci-e rail is problematic for newer gpus. It does have 2 pci-e rails for those that require two 6-pins, but it is still seriously showing its age.
+inconsistent/not stable amp supply for my system. + The price is downright outrageous when compared to other reputable brands (149.99 as of this review). + I've got to buy a new one -- for only 100 dollars and it offers *double the ampage* to the gpu and modern energy efficiency.
- Other Thoughts: I'm shocked this is carried anymore at such a high price. You can get double the amps for a cheaper price with higher energy efficiency from companies such as Corsair.
Anyone who buys this in 2009 is making a very big mistake. The specs just don't cut it for a 2 series Nvidia card and many others. I can't get over the price, it is outrageous. Q6600@3.18 ghz, 4gb Corsair Ram, Nvidia 275 gtx.
lasted 3 yrs & a month
- Pros: Excellent while it lasted (since april 2006), had no idea these early ones had problems. It has always been on a ups, apparently incompatible with some as other reviewers have noted.
- Cons: At least just a pop & shutdown, no smoke, fire or burn smell.
All the pc hardware is still good & the ups too. whew Enermax is a good solid company, have been using their power supplies for years.
- Other Thoughts: powered my old system: amd fx-60, dfi cfx3200 mobo, 4gig ocz, ati 1900xtx replaced with 4870.
i7 upgrade in progress.

Enermax should quit producing these
- Pros: Looks good and is heavy. Nice cables. Makes a nice looking paper weight
- Cons: After 10 months it blew up thinking it had wiped my whole computer out. Read other reviews where this psu took out motherboards and other components when it blew up. I was lucky it didn't
- Other Thoughts: Enermax told me I could send it back to get it fixed because it was still under warranty..............no thanks. Do they really think I'm going to put this time bomb back in my computer case? Nothing lasts forever but the number of these psu's that has blew up is totally unacceptable! Wished Enermax would have gave me an option to trade for a different model power supply instead of getting this plagued model back. The sad part is that their still producing them. The reviews for this product speaks volumes about it's problems
