Light flicker, breaker pops
- Pros: specs are great, dual rails and so on. nice connectors. well made. It does work
- Cons: I dunno, maybe I got a bad one but when I power the system on, the lights flicker and a circuit breaker on a DIFFERENT circuit pops! bizarre...
PSU Failed
- Pros: For the time it worked it was a very strong psu and kept my comp running with no glitchs.
- Cons: After having the psu for 2 months it completely dies. I have been trying to contact enermax (b/c it is past neweggs rma) for a while and they are being very slow to get back to me.
Great psu
- Pros: Great power supply. For only 485w it can hold its own. Powered everything I've thrown at it so far. Lots of plugs and long wires.
- Cons: Lots of plugs and long wires. More plugs and longer wires then you will probably ever need, but if you find a good spot to hide them away, its not too bad.
- Other Thoughts: Currently powering a Q6600, P35-DS3R, 8800gts 320mb, 2gb g.skill ram, sata hdd, 2 dvd/cd roms, and 8 case fans while still running pretty cool, starts blowing out some warmer air when under heavy load and gaming. Will most likely replace for a 700w OCZ just to be safe, not because this PSU is under performing.
