Pros: Its a sleek, solid aluminum enclosure that is both low priced and works at USB 2.0 speeds.

Cons: Its only USB 2.0 (not eSata as well), and it seems to always require separate power on a 2nd USB port on Macbooks and macbook pros (unlike others that get enough power on single USB port).

Other Thoughts: Consider some of the other (usually higher cost) enclosures that are more power efficient and offer eSata as well.

Perfect for that old notebook drive

Pros: Works for both PC and MAC. Looks great, eash to put together.

Cons: No anti-shock feature.

Other Thoughts: If you have upgraded your notebook hard drive this is the perfect product for that old drive. USB and will work with both Mac and PC + Linux. Looks great and does not require the extra power source. Power runs off USB cable.
