Great Customer Support
- Pros: Outstanding quality workmanship, great power, 6+2 PCI-E connectors for power-hungry GPUs (like my 9800GX2), solid build, comes with a mini suitcase that makes a good foot stand.
Excellent customer service: my PSU died after a little over one year; Tagan sent a NIB replacement THE SAME DAY that they received the broken one. My RMA case was assigned a personal representative who kept me updated on the process.
- Cons: NOT MODULAR! With so many power connections, this PSU really needs to be modular. Also, the old version of this model doesn't have 6+2 PCI-E which was a bummer. Fortunately, Tagan RMA'ed me the new version. The suitcase is unnecessary; the money spent on it would be better-served towards saving me money.
- Other Thoughts: After a very frightening experience of having a PSU fry, Tagan's excellent customer service has redeemed themselves in my eyes. True, the PSU shouldn't have fried, but their speedy and attentive and apologetic response more than made up for it.

Died after 1 Year & 2 Weeks!
- Pros: Tagan provided an RMA after seller (not newegg) refused!
- Cons: This Tagan 1100w PSU died after 1 year & 2 weeks! Never kept it running for exactly this reason (with a notorious power monster AMD 4x4 Rig & PS3, household power consumption now is, well, higher, to say the least). PC is in a cool, well ventilated area. It was also kinda loud from a fan perspective...
- Other Thoughts: Rig: AMD 4x4 - ASUS L1N64-SLI, 2 AMD 64FX-74 Dual Core, 2 Nvidia 8800 GTXs in SLI, 1 Agea Phsyx PPU, 3 Hitachi DeskJets (1-250mb & 2-500mb), 2 dvd drives, 4 case fans. Was looking to replace the dead PSU with a modular one. Have read review after review and narrowed it to 3 (quiet, efficiency, etc.). Can't afford to be investing in PSUs once a year. So ABS, sell me. Restore my confidence. Tell me why your modular BZ over the others...

Great PSU
- Pros: Works great. Dual SLI works perfect. Lots of power plugs.
- Cons: Why the case? I would rather spend less and just get a great power supply then waste money on a tiny suitcase which ends up just being thrown away.
- Other Thoughts: Works perfect.
