5 out of 5 eggsWorth the price

Pros: Purchased this CPU for a walk-in customer for our business when his old Athlon XP motherboard died. CPU was easy to install as was the heat sink/fan which came with plenty of thermal grease on the bottom. A great buy.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good Processor

Pros: Never had one hardware problem with it. The directions that came with it were easy to set up and I had no problem installing it into the motherboard. First time I had done this too.

Cons: None!

A year ago this might have been a pretty good processor. But now with dual core out and already mainstream, you should probably go with one of those (see comments).

Other Thoughts: Well I built my first and only (so far) computer last summer. I'm in college now and im still using it. I did a ton of research because that is just how I am and I settled on this processor. This has worked very well for me and I have not had one problem with it. Although these single core AMD processors are faster then the Itel ones. Core 2 Duo's are unfortunately faster then the AMD X2 processors. Although AMDs' X2 Dual Core processors are slightly faster then Intels regualr Dual Cores.
So do your research and find a good dual core processor!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This is a great processor. It runs pretty cool and takes over clocking well.

Cons: Had some problems finding programs that support 64 bit. Not the processors fault.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good performance for the money

Pros: Very good price for a decent amount of money. By the nature of these processors, I bought this one because I knew it would overclock nicely. My DFI Infinity Board made it even easier. I pushed it first to 2.4 then 2.6 and finallt had to stop at 2.7 with the stock cooling and it still runs flawlessly.

Cons: Price has dropped about 50% since I bought it, but it is to be expected. Seems like four new models came out in between the time I ordered it and when it arrived.

Other Thoughts: I'm still gonna go Dual-Core here in the near future.

5 out of 5 eggsYay for Budget Gamers!

Pros: Great processor for getting your foot in the door of AM2 processors! Fast enough to perform great, and cheap enough to blow it up in stress tests! I'll keep mine for now, as I can't afford a spare, but I'll push it a bit...

Cons: Constantinople is a hard word to spell...

Other Thoughts: Has never peaked beyond 125°F

5 out of 5 eggsGreat entry level gaming CPU

Pros: Runs all my games great combined with my 7600GT. Oblivion = very high, Guild Wars = Max, Empire at War = near max, WC3 = Max. Fan installation was easy and requires no glue. Makes a CPU swap in the future very easy. 939 version is much cheaper, but that line of CPUs is near death.

Cons: For the price/performance ratio this CPU is a winner. Might not be able to handle Supreme Commander thats coming out this week :(

Other Thoughts: Great CPU to buy while holding out for the sub 100.00 dual core CPUs to arrive.
