**No** Heatsink and Fan included
- Pros: Good Price
- Cons: No heatsink and fan.
- Other Thoughts: The description for this item number said it was a Retail processor when we decided to buy it. It was ordered while I was on vacation and I returned to discover that it was now marked as OEM. Well, Okay, no big deal, it still says it comes with heatsink and fan... Arrived today, minus heatsink and fan. This necessitated spending a little more time and money locating a good socket F heatsink for the two processors we ordered. Haven't had a chance to put the system together yet, as the rest of the parts won't be here 'til monday
Great cpu
- Pros: I installed 4 of these in two servers and they work great. They have lots of processing power. You need to know if your mb uses 3.5 or 4.0 fan is why none is supplied.

Great cpu

no winnie whistle
- Pros: xmas came - no winnie whistle - and i stop believing. i am going to purchase this cpu anyways because imno most stock heatsinks/fans are junk better not have them at all and get the best i need for the cpu/case. my major 1B Q is go with intel or amd and i have not decided yet, gut feel says amd but latest overclocking papers say go intel go, have to do more research.
