1 out of 5 eggsSucks

Pros: none

Cons: This ram is on Biostar's list for my M/b to run at 1066. It doesn't. I've checked and double checked all settings to no avail. Total waste of money.

5 out of 5 eggsNice!

Pros: Excellent flexibility in the timings and voltage. You can really push this in some overclock and have it be stable. This sticks are really solid and I'm glad I went with HyperX over ValueRam. I never considered the difference before, but wow, the flexibility these sticks provide makes it worth it if you like to mess with settings.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The heatsinks are obnoxious like other sticks I see out there. They don't interfere with other Ram right next to it or anything else in the box and they still breathe nicely. I have 4 sticks in the box, so they are cozy.

5 out of 5 eggsBeen awhile

Pros: -Still works, and I think I got them close to 4 years ago.
-Has heat sinks
-Can Work @ 1066MHz (don't know how others had that much for problems)
-Outlasted all except my mobo and HDD from my build in 2007
-Packaging (Yeah, I still remember) was in 2 layers of bubble wrap, and had foam peanuts in the box.
-Took 2 days to get to me, and I lived in rural Nebraska at the time (standard 3Day shipping too) Newegg and UPS for the win

Cons: -was only 2 x 1GB
-Was only able to OC after getting special software for my Mobo, and updating the BIOS

Other Thoughts: what can I say it lasted 4 years beating out my CPU (2 years), my video card (2 1/2 years), Sound Card (3 1/2 years), DVD-RW drive (3 years)

put the clock setting at 800 after 1 year at 1066 (I got 2 1GB sticks of 800MHz RAM that I cannablized from another build)

5 out of 5 eggsDurable Product for an Affordable Price

Pros: - Nice weight and durability
- Thermal dissipators help keep it cool
- Simple and quick to install straight from the package
- No adjustments required (at least for my build)

Cons: - None thus far

Other Thoughts: I bought these as an addition to double the memory of my older build from 2008. They work flawlessly with my motherboard and previously installed memory, which is two 1GB Crucial Ballistix Tracers. I recommend this if you need an affordable memory boost to your build.

5 out of 5 eggsGood memory

Pros: Works well at 1066 speeds. Easy install (derp derp)

Cons: Have to manually find and set BIOS timings to reach 1066 speeds, but that's usually normal.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome

Pros: overclock from 1066 to 1104 easily. stock voltages. work perfectly on my p5q pro turbo with no errors.

Cons: like all ddr2 ram that is not 800 mhz. had to do some bio tweaking. really easily done.

Other Thoughts: 1:1 on my overclock sets the ram to 950 mhz. But saw an improvement at 1104.(5:6). highly recommend it for any motherboard stuck in the ddr2 era. with this ram i was finally able to overclock my core 2 quad q9505 to 3.9-4.2ghz with out any problem my old ram (800 mhz) would barely let me go past 3.5ghz

5 out of 5 eggsSolid so far

Pros: - Had for 5 months so far and no problems! What more can you ask for?

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: - I have not attempted any overclocking with these so I cannot advise on their potential or lack of it.

4 out of 5 eggsgood deal

Pros: cheap, DDR2 1066

Cons: needed some tweaking to run at 1066mhz with other memory (I wouldn't use this with a motherboard that doesn't let you manually set the DRAM clock speed)

Other Thoughts: Bought these to upgrade from 2gb to 4 (about time). This memory has the exact same advertised clock speed, timings, and voltage as the old memory. Manually set the clock speed to 1066mhz, and noticed my system was very unstable (verified buggy memory with memtest). Ran fine at 800mhz. Tried changing the voltage, timings, and finally found that the memory passed memtest when I swapped slots: put this memory in the first two slots and the old memory in the second two. Weird, but I'm happy it works!
