5 out of 5 eggsGood Stuff

Pros: Reliable, Stable and a Great Price for Bang!

Cons: None what so ever.

Other Thoughts: I bought a 2nd pair at 1/2 price of the original pair.
I've always had good results with Corsair XMS, and I've just ordered some faster mem for my new build.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat ram

Pros: Great ram, nice speed! Love the LEDs on the heat sinks.

Cons: The heat sink/led's tend to make them taller then normal ram and that can be an issue if you are placing them in a case with limited space, say where the ram fits under the CD/DVD drive.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram

Pros: Very stable at native timings

Cons: does not like to change its timings, gets very unstable at faster times

Other Thoughts: to be fair though I should point out that I have a limited understanding of speeding up ram so the instability problems are probably my fault

5 out of 5 eggsLove the performance, love the look!

Pros: LEDs rock! They aren't annoyingly bright, but they are noticeable in a windowed case and they look excellent. I love them!

This ram is fast too. I'm running Vista 64 bit Ultimate and even though vista uses whatever part of the RAM that's sitting around, the bars don't stay solidly lit. They are only ever completely solid during games and movies. Otherwise, I watch them working while waiting for something to load. It's entertaining. Makes everything look nicer overall!

Cons: None at all. No erros, no blue screens, and they're super easy to install. I have 4 of these units.

Other Thoughts: Buy them! I went with these because of numerous problems I've read about the Crucial Ballistix. Any part I can by to set itself apart (light up, look cool) is a bonus for me. RAM is generally very plain looking. This is just another way to spice up a typically very mundane computer component. Why not improve the look? Plus, if one should ever die, the lights will go out so you aren't having to trouble shoot 4 ram modules guessing which is the bad apple.

3 out of 5 eggsDissatisfied

Pros: When it works, it works

Cons: First 2 sticks great... got a 2nd pair, started getting random BSOD after 1 week, finally became unbootable. After replacing mobo to no avail started swapping sticks, sure enough one was bad. Took 3 months to get 2 replacement sticks, and boot failed 1 stick bad. Stuck an old one I had in and the machine would boot but BSOD after an hour. Memtest-ing now to isolate the 2nd replacement stick as bad.

Other Thoughts: This will be the last Corsair memory I ever purchase, now considering replacing the entire 4G with something usable.

4 out of 5 eggsyou gotta be kidding me

Pros: nice speeds

Cons: one of my sticks died 2 weeks after newegg's warranty expired so I can't rma (on the bright side the price on these has gone down $180 since I bought them so buying replacements wont hurt too much)

Other Thoughts: *menacing glare*

5 out of 5 eggsSmokin' Hot

Pros: By far the best RAM I have had to date. The performance is fantastic and the looks of this RAM is fantabulous! The look of this RAM tops off my build perfectly. The performance is also very good. Plays Crysis with no issues (on 2 gigs) at all. Clocked it to 4-4-4-12 in the BIOS and was good to go.

Cons: Was not clocked @ 4-4-4-12 like the description says but that is easy to fix.

Other Thoughts: Running this on a XFX 780i, q6600, OCZ 1010w PSU, zalman 9700 all in a Antec 900. Like I said, this makes the build look perfect.

5 out of 5 eggsDoh! Finally got a DOA from Corsair

Pros: Have owned one pair of this for over a year, and it was so great ordered another pair just for visual since the usefulness of EPP is now in question. LEDs helped me see one of the two new dimms was not acting like the other one. Corsair reliability. 6400 in 2 channel is PDQ! 1g stick is fairly efficient for your dimm spots.

Cons: One of the paired sticks failed to pass the base mem test on POST so had to RMA, currently awaiting the returned replacement, Newegg label printing for the UPS was helpful and time saving if you have ever dealt with UPS. I have bought a lot of Corsair mem over the years, and this is the first DOA I ever received, knowing the guarantee for life they have combined with Newegg's return policy means I have no qualms about ordering more of this so as con's go its just a temporary delay. Its not 2gigs for those whose mobos will take 2g dimms. We have these in 2 slots for the visual with the other dimms occupied by 2g sticks from corsair (but with no pretty leds!)

Other Thoughts: System mobos: #1 Foxconn c51xem2aa sli, #2 Asus m2n32 sli deluxe. Both systems run AMD 6400 x2s, 6gigs of corsair 6400 in 2 channel mode, 22' glossy Acer monitros, samsung dvd drives, seagate perp recording hds (500 and 350 resp.) BFG 8800gtxoc-ee and BFG 7900gtxoc resp.
