Pros: newegg customer support and RMA process.
This product does not get 1 star just because of newegg and what they stand for.

Cons: DOA

Other Thoughts: newegg resolved the issue buy replacing the item quickly and efficiently. That is why I am a dedicated customer and anyone I know gets an ear full about newegg. Got couple of people to buy laptops, and full pc components on newegg and they love the whole experience.

Brings Life to Old PC

Pros: Its bang for your buck pricing (with the rebate) really brings life to old hardware.

Cons: 10 Weeks for a rebate it a little long, and not being able to use it on more than one is a little bit of a let down. N hardware issues though.
