5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Have yet to have one flaw in the memory...my cpu did max out at a 860mhz OC on stock air cooling. Heat never went above 53C Load though so I'm happy. Here's the link : http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=39723

Cons: None

2 out of 5 eggsUCZ DDR396

Pros: decent price for the kit with classy looking heat spreaders.
you can get it to boot and run.
i got to see memtest86 errors for the first time :p

Cons: funny, but i expected it to run at DDR400 speeds. well, i guess 198mhz is close to 200mhz, so, whatever.

Other Thoughts: the OC in OCZ stands for overclock, right? well i think the company is the one overclocking. this memory ran like the Crucial DDR333 it replaced. now that stuff overclocked!!!

5 out of 5 eggsworks good

Pros: good and stable ...does what they say it will ...have not had any ram problems with it ...boots as advertised ....big improvement over 512 or ram ...

Cons: it does not over clock well unless you do as they say on the web site...they say to up the volts on it to 2.6 or 2.7

4 out of 5 eggs10% is better than nuthin

Pros: Running at 10%OC (220, ASUS a8v deluxe, AMD64 3500) all voltages stock, 2-2-2-5, very stable

Cons: Any OC past 10% result in horrid instability, regardless of timings/voltages

Other Thoughts: In spite OC limits, rebate in place made me get another 1GB, just to keep my rig running until post-Xmas, when I start over with dual-core/DDR2.

4 out of 5 eggsOCZ EL Review

Pros: Very stable memory at the speeds it's designed for. Overclocks slightly, but don't expect much. Fast and Duel Channel at a good price.

Cons: Does not work in ASUS motherborads that require Qualified Vendor hardware to be used, like the SLI motherboards.

Other Thoughts: Seems to put out alot of heat, but I never had a reliability problem.

4 out of 5 eggs50/50 shot

Pros: Good, Cheap, fast RAM. I have 2 gigs of this running at ###MHZ at timmings of 2-2-2-5.

Cons: I got first set, it worked great. Second set had a dead stick. RMA'd with no problems.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat if you don't OC

Pros: Good looks, runs cooler than my Corsair XMS PC3200, runs at specs

Cons: Horrible OC. In 4 mobos, I never could get these to run anywhere close to stable even at 215 FSB. My latest mobo, Abit AN8 32X, they ran fine as long as I didn't go over 205 FSB at 4 HTT. I tried everything else and still couldn't post. The only way I could OC these was to use the memory divider of DDR333. At that divider, I can get to 230 with Prime95 dying 12 minutes into the torture test.

Other Thoughts: These are great out-of-the-box ram, but you want any OCing, buying better RAM. I paid $xxx 2 years ago and they are great in any system as long as you don't OC.

2 out of 5 eggsDOES NOT OC AT ALL!

Pros: somewhat fast.

Cons: DOES NOT OC AT ALL

tried almost every possible combination

2.5-3-2-7
3-3-3-8
3-4-4-8

nothing works. NONE. doesn't even do 210 HTT/FSB without memtest86 errors. thought there must have been some problem with something so RMA and still doesn't OC.

swapped with 2x1GB G.Skill HZ and works great at 280HTT/FSB with still more speed to OC to!

Other Thoughts: in short. do not buy this unless your not going to OC

1 out of 5 eggsnot cool...

Pros: ...the heat spreaders look cool

Cons: bought the first kit, wouldnt even boot with them both in. it would boot with one or the other but would fail memtest horribly. so i rma'd and the second pair did the same thing.

Other Thoughts: bought this to add to my other 2 ocz 512's. ocz is going down hill...my original 2 512 sticks are a year old and rock solid.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent as always

Pros: Fast. Reliable. Highly overclockable.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This is the 8th set of OCZ RAM I've used, excellent quality every time.
