Pros: Worked perfect on my 2.16 Gghz duo Macbook, easy to install

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Apples web site says this is not compatible with my computer, only the 2.4 Gghz model. It is working fine on my 2.16 Gghz model

Rebranded Samsung SO-DIMMs

Pros: Plugged these in and they worked immediately. Performance wise, I haven't had an issue with them. Although I am disappointed that these are not Micron chips, I guess it really doesn't matter since they're backed by Crucial's warranty.

Cons: These SO-DIMMs show up in CPU-Z as Samsung chips and the glaring Samsung sticker on their backside confirms this fact. This isn't really a big deal unless you're like me and have had trouble with Samsung products in the past and prefer to stay away from their offerings.

Other Thoughts: I've heard all the negatives about Crucial using high density chips in their Ballistix/Tracer series, but now to outsource their laptop SO-DIMMs to Samsung? What's going on guys?

Pros: Works great in my wife's Dell Inspiron 1420. These days all systems need 4GB, and it made a tremendous difference in both Vista and Win7.

Cons: I wish all memory had free shipping, it can't cost much to ship something so light.

Other Thoughts: To Newegg's credit they got it here fast.
