DOA update

Pros: continuation of last review

Cons: Attempted to contact manufacturer at given email no response. Sent a second email about a 12 days later and received a please fill out the following RMA form reply. Submitted the form, which appears to be written for resellers and not the end consumer. It has been 3 days with no reply... How long am I supposed to wait? Guess I am out the $8.50 this cost when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: I will not be buying another patriot product, from now on I am sticking with another brand which has been around longer, gives me a lifetime warranty, and actually responds when I contact them.
