Pros: Didn't require any tweaking to my BIOS settings in order to run after installation.

Really liked the look of it and the heat spreaders.

Brought my Windows Experience Index to mid-6.0s

Good tech support from OCZ, quick response to RMA inquiry.

Cons: Had a bad stick. Produced error when tested with the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic program. Tested with Memtest, and high number of errors (80+) during Test #7. Tried 1.8-1.95v, auto SPD timing, manual timings at 5-5-5-18, 6-6-6-21, tried 677MHz and 800MHz, and multiple combinations of the above with no luck. E-mail OCZ support to verify it was not a configuration issue and the response was RMA.

** CAUTION if you NEED this RAM and cannot wait for RMA...

Other Thoughts: Well, part this is my own fault for not reading the customer Feedback for once. Probably would be good RAM, assuming you get two get sticks.

However, I'm not going to bother and try to exchange it and *hope* that I get two good sticks thins time... going to try a pricier option with better latency.

This item is currently sold out on Newegg... this may be a good sign, though, and the new stock may not have the same defective rate.

Cons: -One of my 1st set failed but the guarantee and OCZ customer service made up for the inconvience

Other Thoughts: I bought a 4GB kit when I built my new system. Worked fine for about a year and then my memory went bad. OCZ was unable to replace them (they no longer made them) but offered me a refund at market value for them. Due to NewEgg's pricing I was able to purchase two 4GB kits to replace them and my system runs stable and fast. OCZ even let me hold off sending the bad memory in, until the new memory arrived from NewEgg (one DIMM was still working). Great customer service from OCZ. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Pros: Good Memory if it works

Cons: One stick good, one bad, contacted support with a support ticket for RMA, took 4 days to acknowledge, another day and a response telling me to run memorytest86 which I had already advised I ran in the first ticket......... buy something else if you need it running today and not weeks later....

Pros: fast overclocked it to 903 mhz @ 5-5-5-18 @1.9 votts it can go faster. 8gigs is great i have 2 kits

Cons: wish i could buy more for front room PC :)

Other Thoughts: I wanted to upgrade my 3 year old Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe but could no longer match the Corsair memory, so I bought this and removed the Corsair. Put them in, reset the BIOS memory settings to auto and fired it up, no problems at all. Of course newegg's shipping was very quick.

Pros: I've used these kits with success on several occasions when Newegg did not have stock on my usual Corsair XMS2 equivalents.

Cons: My most recent set failed. They were purchased on 12/15 for a system that was known to operate flawlessly. They operated flawlessly for the first 6 hours and various applications began to lock up and error out. Rebooting produced "memory management" errors.

Other Thoughts: Would definately buy again. This was one bad set out of nearly 20 sets. Newegg refunded the full amount so I could order my typical Corsair set that is now in stock. I've had closer to 100 sets of the Corsair XMS2 equivalent to this kit and no failures.

Pros: Chips are well constructed, heat diffuser are attached great and quality. I was worried that the heat diffusers would simply be a cheap after thought that would look better than it preformed. I'm happy to say that they seem to be working well keeping my temps well with-in the specs with no extra fan or cooling used.

Packaging is simple and very easy to get in to. Unlike some PC parts I've bought that take a chain saw and two sticks of TNT to get in to the clam shells hold together well and pop right open.

Cons: None that I have run in to..

Other Thoughts: This is my first OCZ product to purchase. I'm using it in my home pc and would not hesitate to buy from them again, Price is well with-in market average and the for the quality of product I received I can say I'm very happy!!

Pros: Timings as specified, OC them to 907MHz with a separated cpu to memory ratio. The cpu at 3.4Ghz Celeron dual core. Cool design delivered faster than new said got it in 2 days from West to East Coast. Windows 7 score 6.5 before clock 6.7 after clock. Great gaming modules!!!!!

Other Thoughts: Some review said that there memory the moduals fail after week to a month. I havnt seen any issues with it so far but im keeping it in mind. So i advise if u have old ram or if u have enough for a 512MB strip to keep it on hand in case if u have to send in for a new module.

REMEMBER IF YOUR OVERCLOCKING YOUR CPU AND YOUR MEMORY STANDARD IS LIKE 800. MAKE SURE THE MEMORY TO CPU RATIO IS LOWERED OR U WILL HAVE TO SEND BACK IN IF YOUR MOTHERBOARD DOESN'T SUPPORT SAFETY FEATURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MINE DOES
