Pros: none

Cons: Purchased 8 gigs of this ram after checking with OCZ as to whether it would work with my Dell system or not and was told that it will.
Well after installing the Ram it runs at CAS 6 timings vice the stated Cas 5. OCZ now says basically tough luck.
This is a shame as I have always recommend OCZ ram to others. I will no more.
So to others If you cannot adjust timings in your bios which is what they told me i needed to do to get this to work, and which is stated no where on any site selling this ram including the OCZ site then it will not run at advertised speeds.

Manufacturer Response:Hello, we are sorry that you are seeing slightly increased latencies. The issue here is that you have exceeded the ratings of the kit. The kits are sold and rated as 4gb and not as an 8gb kit. Doubling your memory to 8gb puts and increased load on your memory controller and this is why you must run CAS 6. We do appreciate your business and the fact that you bought 2 kits.

Pros: Great peace of hardware i have 4 gigs sitting on my Asus P5N-D , no problems running a Q7200 and an XFX 9600gt. with 320 gig hd. thinking about getting anot 4 to max it out.

Cons: Great Product no cons needed

continues to work

Cons: the heat spreaders get in the way of my CPU's air flow

Other Thoughts: I hate MIRs and had one when I purchased it.
