Show no mercy on the battlefield and frag your opponent with impunity. Named after the professional gamer, the OCZ Fatal1ty memory kit was developed specifically for video games. The latest DirectX-10 PC games require large capacity, lightning-fast memory to deliver uncompromised performance. The Fatal1ty Edition is the ultimate memory solution for contemporary graphic-intensive PC titles by providing 1066MHz clock speeds and pixel-pumping performance. This 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM system memory facilitates lightning-fast data transfers, optimum resource management and smooth multi-tasking.
Thermal management is key when heat means the difference between life and death. OCZ keeps these two 2GB modules cool under fire with the latest OCZ XTC (Xtreme Thermal Convection) heat spreader design. This cutting edge technology allows increased ventilation and heat dissipation due to an innovative honeycomb design that channels greater airflow to the actual memory ICs.
OCZ also offers the unique Extended Voltage Protection feature, which allows the memory modules to handle voltages up to 2.05V. Turn your gaming system into a lethal graphics giant.

Good Memory
- Pros: 4gb, runs at 1066, works with windows vista 64, with a P5Q Pro
- Cons: Have to manually set it up on my motherboard, and little to no manual or directions, but that's why it was cheap, and that's why you use the internet.
- Other Thoughts: Be sure to set the timing to 7-7-7-20 and have it run at 1066, and 2.0v in the BIOS. This is very easy and on most motherboards takes all of two seconds.
- Pros: WAS cheap.. I only paid 30something after mail in rebate when it was on sale, great memory for the price, works excellent after tweaking.
As everyone says.. it's set to run at 800mhz.. you need to change you're timings to 6-7-7-20, raise voltage to 2.0, and if need be edit processor settings to raise FSB until you get something that works. I currently have this memory installed and running at 1110mhz w/ a Q6600 OC'd to 3.00GHz and it works perfectly.
- Cons: Nothing, cut out the boo-hooing crybabies. I realized this memory ran at 800mhz out of the box and read the comments and went on the ocz forums.. and I didn't even need to make a post, I was able to read other peoples posts and figure out what to do within 1 hour.. Imagine that. And I've never messed with CPU / memory settings in BIOS in my life.
- Other Thoughts: Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THIS MEMORY IF YOU ARE AFRAID TO GO INTO BIOS AND MESS WITH SETTINGS.

1066 Doesnt work
- Pros: RAM is stable at 800Mhz
- Cons: After 7 months and multiple attempts to get configuration info from OCZ tech support and forums - I have yet to experience 1066mhz on my Asus M3N72-D. I made the mistake of buying 8GB's of this stuff and it seems its not possible to reach advertised speed.
- Other Thoughts: Dissappointed.
-
Manufacturer Response:Hello, this memory is sold in 4gb kits, and the speed and timings are based on usage as a 4gb kit. Increasing your memory load to 8gb puts a much higher strain on your memory controller, and we cannot guarantee that your system will be able to hit 1066mhz with 8gb (2 x 4gb kits). As you have found we are willing to work with our customers to get them running. We appreciate your business, and hope that you understand the situation. Thank you

RAM
- Pros: It works.
1066 DDR2.
- Cons: It doesn't taste good with thermal paste. (aka none)
- Other Thoughts: I couldn't tell how well the speed works, as my board doesn't support 1066 RAM on more than one per channel. I have yet to mess around with overclocking it, but that's why I got 1066 over the next step down, was for more stability when overclocking.
Dissapointing
- Pros: I can't say much, i bought this modules 7 months ago and always a have problems with multimedia, windows (Vista 64) crashes constantly, , the modules look good and technical support from Ocz tring to help,
- Cons: Bad experience with this modules, a pair that I bought 7 months ago continually crashes mi Windows vista 64, sometimes corrupting the registry, The blue screen gives a code for error in memory, I launch memory test from W Vista and detects error in memory, tecnical support send a link to download a program MenTest but I Have to burn in auto bootable cd, and Vista doesn't make auto bootables cds, but I just bought a new pair of the same memory so I can test, and horror... My Pc can't start, iwhen is charging Windows, appears the blue screen and in a second the pc reestart again
- Other Thoughts: I don't know if I only the one that I have problem with this modules, I gonna try to return the last pair and the first pair, well .... I'm thinkin to switch to another brand

Manufacturer Response:Hello, we are sorry that you are having problems. This is not a common problem, unless the proper memory voltage has not been set. Please visit our support forums again for help with troubleshooting and settings. If that doesn't help, please visit the link below and create a support ticket to begin the RMA process. Thank you
