Pros: Inexpensive, fast, low latency, heat sinks, plug and play... automatically recognized by bios. Excellent Cutomer service experience with G-Skill. It's the cheapest RAM with heat sinks attached that I could find. And it's low latency to boot. My order was processed and delivered very quickly. I didn't pay for rush processing and received them in a few days. I had an issue with BIOS not reading the RAM at the correct speed or latency. G-SKill customer service answered the phone quickly, everytime I called. (I called them 3 times.) The problem turned out to be with my Bios, not the ram. G-Skill offered to replace it even though it wasn't their fault.
Cons: None that could be blamed on the RAM. However if you know how to modify Dell BIOS please let me know..... :)
Other Thoughts: My system is a Dell 9100 with a 2.99 GHZ single processor. I tried to upgrade from 667mhz at 5-5-5-15 to 667 at 4-4-4-12. The Bios wouldn't let me do it. Evidently Dell Bios only run at 5-5-5-15 unless your running something less than the max mhz available. For example I can run 557mhz at 4-4-412 but not 667 at that latency. (667 mhz is the max the mobo will accept) So make sure your machine can handle low latency RAM if your maxing your mhz speed at the same time. If you don't have Dell Bios, or if your Bios aren't locked, then most people can do it.

Pros: I have had this memory for over a year no problems.
Cons: I got a new board and they worked but my comp kept shutting off. I thought it was the mobos until the 3rd. Then I did a memcheck and found over 15000 errors. Not the Rams fault and Ive had it over a year.
Other Thoughts: For the price its well working it. Just dont be surprised if your comp does some weird stuff down the road.
