We obviously don't recommend you subject your Voyager to such abuse, but it's good to know that it's up to the challenge of living at the bottom of your briefcase, purse, or desk drawer! Very useful product!
- Pros: High speed; EVEN WITH error-checking it's more than fast enough for Vista Boost feature. LOTS of storage room for all my IT utilities and media files. Protective coating is very substantial. Nice neck strap included. Worked as-is driverless on my PC and Mac. 10 YEAR WARRANTY from Corsair helped justify the expense Looking forward to loading a special ADMIN XP load on here for use on any PC or server I go to.
- Cons: Only negative so far to my mind is that the looped piece of rubber used to attach the drive to the neck strap should be reinforced, IMHO. This is minor, but noteworthy since 2 years into my 10 year warranty I dont want it breaking and making me lose the unit. And, of course, price could've been a little lower.
- Other Thoughts: Should come with a little ArmorAll cloth to keep it shiny!
Seriously... I was debating whether to wait and get this 16GB unit or get the 8GB unit, and I have to say I'm glad I waited and spent the extra money. I'll be using this for YEARS without needing to upgrade.
I wish the included neck strap was black instead of bright blue; I wound up using the neck strap from my work ID badge but I would have rather used the nice wide neck strap that came with this drive. Again... I know this is minor.
Packaging needs to be rethought into something more eco-friendly... and easier to open, for goodness sake!
Super-Solid
- Pros: Space and Speed. I must have lucked up and gotten one from a good batch, as it worked out of the package and the trasnfer rates were significantly better than my previous flash drives. 16GB the size of my pinky, that's good to have.
- Cons: I carry it in my pocket most of the time in southern heat and the casing is becoming ever so slightly gummy. I wonder how much longer it'll last under normal use. If I don't find a way to tie down the cap, I'll lose it. I wish they positioned the activity light so that it's visible from both sides.

Didn't Work

- Other Thoughts: This was a nice packaged unit with what appeared to be a strong design from the exterior. I quit being recognized by various pc's after two uses. After mailing back, I got an email stating they were behind on there inspections and turnarounds. No wonder if all of there products are like this. It's hard to beat a Lexar.
16G non stop entertainment
- Pros: I use this in my car to hold all of my music Dec. the 24-09 will be one year that I owned it the transfer is fast and it does what i use it for.
- Cons: the neck strap was cheap it broke 3 weeks and 4 days after I bought it but the drive stays in my car so no big deal. price went back up on it so keep an eye on it
Decent but not sure its worth 20$
- Pros: Its cheap.
It has hold 4 GB.
- Cons: It larger than my older RCA mp3 player.
As others mentioned the user face is not easy to understand.
Battery life is short.
Mine has a nasty habit of turning itself off if bumped. I purchased this unit for running. However I have not been able to use it for running and I wonder how the jarring would affect it if I could use it for running.
- Other Thoughts: Its not a bad unit and for the price you may be happy with it. I can not remember how much I paid for my RCA mp3 player a couple of years ago, however I am still happy with the price and performance. I can not say that about this unit.
