3 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: Small, fits right in the compact camera case along with the camera.
USB, needs no drivers--should work just about anywhere
Light indicates connection/power
I got it shipped for under 10 bucks

Cons: Card sticks out the side of it, can make it awkward to put into a usb slot, or block other slots depending on your configuration
Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies build quality-wise

Other Thoughts: Its a cheapie, and it feels like a cheapie. That being said, this is for my gf's camera and she has never complained about it. She uses it rather than the drive built into our printer because she thinks its easier. She carries it around in her bag with her little elph camera and hasn't complained to me once since I got it for her over a year ago. Don't get me wrong, it isn't used every day, but its compact and has held up fine so far.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Economic and has no problems reading micro-SD cards via the SD adapter.

Cons: SD cards fit a little loose in the card reader.

Other Thoughts: The best way to use this adapter is to plug it into the USB first, and after it "loads" in windows then add your media card. If you insert the adapter with the card already in the adapter, it may not register in windows. Also, make sure you card is formated.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat inexpensive SDHC solution

Pros: Inexpensive, compact, and functional.

Cons: For $4, you're not going to get a die-cast, alloy-infused device. This thing feels like it's $4. But I'm on my second, and this thing is convenient as can be.

Other Thoughts: U do get what you pay for, but come-on - $4? Get a quad and throw the one that breaks away after several months.

4 out of 5 eggsGood solution for SDHC card reading on the go

Pros: Compact, low cost, USB 2.0 speeds, plug and play, no real problems. excellent if you need a SDHC reader like I did. probably deserves a 4 1/2.

Cons: Card sticks out too far to use it for transport of the card. Sometimes I have to plug it in a couple of time to get the PC to recognize it, but I think thats more to do with my PC than the reader.
