Pros: I've been using it for a year and haven't had any connection problems. It's never been corrupted and files haven't mysteriously disappeared (*knock on wood*). I reformatted the flash drive once, and I always try to use the "Safely Remove Hardware" app when taking it out of a computer. I can transfer large files at speeds of up to 8-10 MB/s. The light on the end helps to let you know that its connected properly.
Cons: There is nothing to secure the cap on, so I ended up losing it within the first several months of use. The hole at the back of the flash drive is essentially useless. I ran a keyring through it and put it on my keychain. I'm fairly abusive with my keys, tossing them around and yanking them out of my pocket. One day the plastic on the keyhole snapped, rendering it unusable. Now, I have to keep the flash drive in my wallet's change pocket.
Other Thoughts: I actually have the 8 gb model, but I thought I'd throw in a review for this product since I'm assuming they aren't manufactured too differently.

Pros: cheap, but..
Cons: DOA. at 10 bucks, not worth the trouble of an RMA.
Other Thoughts: Not heavy enough to make a paperweight, so it's going in the junk parts box :(

Pros: computer quickly recognized the flash drive. Very fast read and write. Surprised me actually. Would recommend to anyone. very good product for the price.
Cons: None really. As noted by a previous reviewer, the hole at the top of the flash drive (meant for use on a keychain) is quite small. no strap is included. i used a twisty-tie.
Other Thoughts: None. excellent product. Snappy shipment by newegg. Another great deal from a very reputable company.
