Pros: The drive is amazing. No driver issues, which is to be expected. The item feels really solid, and of a high quality. Love the case and the front LED lighting. It worked perfectly right out of the box. It has the space to hold, well lets just say, almost everything. Fast seek times, great performance, oh ya, and inexpensive, what more could you want? This drive is well worth the money.

Cons: I can't think of any.

Waste Of Money

Pros: 1TB Priced to fly out the door

Cons: Or should I say window... This drive not only powers on then dies while trying to copy files but it also grinds like its about to die. Will be sending back to get "repaired"... We will see how that one turns out.

Other Thoughts: Will never buy again.

Pros: worked great, quick and quiet.

Cons: i have a large collection of movies saved to my hard drive, one day i was watching a movie and half way through it froze my computer and now my computer wont read it. it shows the device is plugged in but it wont show up under my computer ive tried everything and now ill have to go through manufactures warentee. im currently deployed to turkey so if i send the hard drive in , ill be fined with a bayanamee law. and pay 3x what the hard drives worth! thanks cavalry...

Pros: This bad boy is tough, despite being a clumsy owner who has had alot of electronics die, this thing just keeps kicking. Plenty of storage, fairly fast transfer speed, and now $100 less than when I originally bought it! If you're needing an external, but are unsure of a no-name, I would recommend this well over western digital.

Pros: This fanless design stays very cool even under heavy transferring of files. I am amazed at how superior this HD is to my external enclosure ones. Definitely going to buy more Cavalry drives from now on, maybe with firewire!
