Good Hd for the price
- Pros: Cheap price for such a big hard drive 320g.Nice design sits on top of my tower.Also is already formated in NTFS unlike the 250g version from elements.Easy to use just plug and play.
- Cons: Activity light is in the back instead of the front.Also its missing the on and off switch which was on the 250g model.
- Other Thoughts: When you look to see how much room is in the hard drive it says 298g don't worry it has something to do with the computer converting bytes.
Fantastic external!
- Pros: Inexpensive, yet very good quality. You won't find 320 gigs of external goodness with this kind of deal at too many places. I love this thing. Plug and play, and works like a charm. USB 2.0 speeds are very fast - I was able to upload a good 5 gigs in about 10 seconds.
- Cons: None so far
- Other Thoughts: I ordered this yesterday, 3 day shipping, and it was here when I got home. I LOVE NEWEGG!!!

I love these drives
- Pros: Bought three of these for three of us. Everyone worked out of the box, remember to reformat to NTFS, you'll end up with 298gb usable space. Great backup drive, friend of mine puts additional systems on it, runs ok for that.
- Cons: none, I would like a auto power down or off switch, but I just unplug it.
- Other Thoughts: Great deal
"Out of Region" Drive, says WD
- Pros: Cost/$ is good. Design looks bulletproof.
- Cons: Died after 3 months. Used as backup drive and nearly lost everything.
- Other Thoughts: WD will not RMA as it is, by their determination, an "Out of Region" drive. It was sold to some other region, but somehow ended up in my hands. Not sure how Newegg came by this drive, but because original box is gone, also will not RMA, as of now anyway. I will say, Newegg IS working with me to try to make things right.
