Works Great No Issues

Pros: Purchased for a client with very demanding storage needs. Loaded onto a new motherboard with a Kentsfield CPU. No issues i can see.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I had no issues i can see. I would not load this into a Raid. Reading all these reviews....seems like that is where the problems lies. If you had a massive raid and it failed I would not want to be that person. There is 2 TB here. If you needed more...get another one!

Wrost Drive I've ever had

Pros: none

Cons: 2 main problems.

1.) Took nearly 15 hours to copy 500GB from 2 other SATA II (3 GB) drives that i know are working correct.

2.) After coping all the files the event view it is full with the following error:

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation.

Ah yes a 3rd bonus issue for reading everything you'll get annoying pop-up dialogs "Error transferring data", all of these problems can be yours too with purchase :) oops :(

Do yourself a favor, buy something else.

Works great as striped pair

Pros: I put two of these in Coraid external drive array and striped them into a 4Tb partition. They have worked flawlessly for me hooked to a Linux server that is writing many Gb per day to them.
