Pros: I got this to go along with my 80 gig...and I really haven't even used that much space...it installed easy and didn't take long to format...not much else to say about it.

Cons: More space that I need...

Pros: -Owned almost three years and still works well.
-Decent speed and quiet

Pros: Decent performance, lasted well is a somewhat cramped case

Cons: I detect a bit of a high pitched whine.

Other Thoughts: I bought three of these about a year and a half ago to use as a software RAID5 in my linux box. All three drives are still working fine. Other than the slight whine mentioned in the cons, I never hear any drive noise.
