Great HDD

Comments: This is a great hard drive. It is very fast for a 7,200 RPM hard drive, and it's so quiet I can't even hear it when it is seeking. This hard drive has great seek times (my Maxtor 80 GB's seek time was 18.5, and this one is 8.5- BIG DIFFERENCE!) I am very please with this hard drive, and I will buy it again. If you need quietness and speed, THIS IS THE HARD DRIVE FOR YOU!

Great Drive

Comments: I have an older computer and I needed a larger hdd. I bought this drive on a great deal with a rebate. The drive is quite,fast and works great after I installed a promise ultra/100 controller. This was my first time adding a hdd. Installation was easy with Segate instructions. As always Newegg service was excellent and fast shipping. You can't go wrong with Seagate or Newegg.
