Pros: Pretty big, did the job while it lasted

Cons: This drive failed in a bit over a year in a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, which was lightly used for most of its life and never dropped. Currently, the drive will sometimes refuse to ready up for awhile when sent an ATA command. This causes some applications to randomly freeze while waiting on the drive. According to the SMART data, there are currently 180 sectors waiting to be remapped on the drive. Thirty-three sectors have already been remapped.

Other Thoughts: Thank <insert deity here> for journaling filesystems (in this case Ext4).

Pros: +It works; there's no much you can ask for out of a hard drive.

Cons: -The only packaging it came in was an anti-static bag.

Other Thoughts: I have this as a 250GB HDD in my Jtag, and I love having so much storage! ^_^
