Pros: If a Drive Corrupts and Ruins data in less than a year there are no pros!

Cons: This drive lasts just long enough for you to have to go directly to Samsung for RMA. Needless to say they are difficult to deal with.

Other Thoughts: STICK WITH WESTERN DIGITAL OR MAXTOR!!!!! IF YOU BUY THIS DRIVE BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM ON A WEEKLY BASIS!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Fast Drive, Quickly Detected by BIOS - jumper settings to support SATA 150

Cons: DOA

Other Thoughts: I've been using Samsung Drives exclusively in all my replacements and builds for the last 3 years, first one EVER for DOA. I'm not going to dock them too much for that. if the next one's DOA I'll start to wonder though.

Pros: worked great for a while, new egg rocks!!!

Cons: works 1/2 the time I need to send mine back, It wont boot my O/S sometimes, or will quit working, and the SATA cable has been loose since I got it

Other Thoughts: with all the other bad reviews I wont buy another
