LG L1952TX
- Pros: Very high contrast and excellent color saturation, Single button to switch between DVI and Analog, Several customizable color and brightness modes, VERY sharp, Slim bezel (around 1cm), Simple menu system, Anti-glare coating also resists dust, Decent stand, No ghosting, No stuck pixels!
- Cons: None, other than the ubiquitous 'it doesn't make me coffee' joke.
- Other Thoughts: LG thought of EVERYTHING on this monitor. The power LED, for instance, is a very nice blue (orange on standby), and can be turned off altogether in the menu system. The buttons on the back are an elegant solution and very easy to use. I have tested with both Analog and DVI, and DVI produces much better results, and every single pixel is as sharp as the laptop LCDs that I've been using for years (Analog introduces some fuzzing). Color saturation and balance are very adjustable, as is brightness (The CCFL backlight will decrease in brightness exponentially with a few years of use, so high brightness settings will come in handy). The single button press required to switch from DVI to analog is another great feature. Mine came with a 1600:1 contrast sticker, and doesn't ghost at all in games. No stuck pixels either. As usual, Newegg got it here fast and in great shape.
Superb Monitors
- Pros: Neither of the two monitors I ordered for a dual setup had dead pixels. I love the contrast, makes images and text really stand out. Well worth the money.
- Cons: A little hard to get perfect alignment with the factory mounts in a multiple monitor setup. Both monitors leaned slightly to the left and I had to keep pushing the right sides down for a couple weeks before they straightened up.
- Other Thoughts: I bought them to use in a video editing system. I was a bit worried that the high contrast would be a problem but I was wrong. They work great for video and image editing.

Excellent 19" LCD
- Pros: Excellent color vibrance, brightness/contrast levels, and very crisp text over DVI. Has VGA and DVI connections which makes it versatile for whatever I need to hookup. Also has a 3-year exchange warranty which I've heard is among the best.
- Cons: A little backlight bleed on black background, etc., but I have yet to find a monitor without any.
- Other Thoughts: I bought this because we had used the 17" version of this monitor at my previous job over DVI and the colors and sharpness were far better than any other monitors we had including Acer. Newegg did a fantastic job as always at shipping this quickly!
- Pros: great price, good quality monitor, no dead pixels
- Cons: no DVI cable included. stand seems cheap and wobbles easily

- Pros: This was my first flat screen LCD monitor. Out of the box it was perfect. No dead pixels, no ghosts in games. great layout for the controls. Nice little blue on light. Great monitor all around!

- Other Thoughts: I will be buying another one shortly. My vid card supports dual monitors in DVI so i wish to take full advantage of that.
