Pros: Absolutely beautiful to look at. Resolution and clarity is top notch compared to other screens I have used and seen.

Pros: I was amazed with how nice a picture this screen can make. I see a lot more detail just on my desktop. I've collected a bunch of HD Wallpapers now and this thing makes them so pretty. Running this next to my 3 year old 19' Viewsonic there is a huge difference in clarity (partially due to the Viewsonic being 3 years old). I do a lot of graphic work for fun and I've been glown away by this screen. Though it is the only HD monitor i've owned so I can't really compare to anything else.

The 1080P is awesome, especially when I watched Iron Man on BlueRay with this thing and it was amazing to say the least.

The touch buttons on the front are fun. The Menu navigation is quick and easy which is nice. The Brightness/Contrast presets have proven to be very convenient and quick to flip through. That's 'e' power.

Cons: Not really a con, but my first one died on me 2 weeks after I got it. Only way to describe it was that it was freezing. The ACER logo on start up would last 5 seconds instead of 2 and you could see it changing frames. Changing the resolution took a good 30 seconds (too long). But the worst was the front panel display buttons died making it mostly useless.

Newegg and all it's glory got me a new one in about a week. Thank you Newegg! I've had the new one for about 2 weeks now and no problems (fingers crossed).

Only real complaint is the power LED is a pretty bright when I'm sitting in a dark room watching movies.

Other Thoughts: On average brightness, and watching a movies, the bright edges (which are present in all LCD monitors) can be see on the top and bottom but it's not very bad and I don't think anyone else notices.

2ms response time is great for Crysis! My Blu-Ray LQQks awesome! My 2nd Acer. Would recommend to anyone!

Other Thoughts: My other display is Acer 22" AL2216W! Both displays are Great~ But this one is awesome! Cant go wrong with either, but this 1 blows AL away of course! Due to Specs and price!

Pros: Great monitor for the money! Hard to beat. Games and video look great. Nice with the Blu Ray player I added. HD rocks!

Other Thoughts: Missing a couple features that I would have liked but no big deal.

Pros: Price, sturdy stand, comes with HDMI cable, inputs perfect for what I'm connecting to it, no dead/stuck pixels, slick looking bezel/controls.

Cons: A couple of this monitors biggest issues are made very obvious during dark movie/game scenes. It has a very noticeable backlight bleed on the top and bottom. The black levels are also very light. This results in loss of detail in dark areas of photos, movies, and games, as well as causing colors not to be as deep and vibrant.

The other big problem is the responsiveness. Whenever the screen blanks (i.e. minimizing a full screen game, or when Windows UAC pops up) my other monitor (Samsung 932bw) comes back instantly, while this one takes about 10 seconds. It has a much longer delay than my other monitor when coming out of standby as well. When restarting the computer, it doesn't show anything until well after I make it to the windows login screen, while my other monitor is ready to go instantly. It also has problems with being turned off at certain times (and wouldn't turn on a couple times; had to unplug it for a few minutes to get it to turn on).

Other Thoughts: I wish I had gone with a different monitor. Preferably another Samsung. I thought the Samsung next to it had subpar black levels, but now they look great next to this thing. It's worth it to save up a little more.

One small complaint is that you have to navigate the menu to change the source.

Pros: Great screen for the price. has 2 hdmi ports which = awesomeness. looks great.. plays great..

overall a great buy don't hesitate.

Cons: changing settings is annoying at times would be cool to have a button to go through different imputs but really not a huge deal at all.

Pros: 1) 24" of gaming and video glory.
2) The design looks very sleek
3) The light-up sensor buttons are fun to play with
4) The screen itself comes in perfectly clear and vibrant.

Cons: 1) 1 dead pixel, though I never notice it unless I'm trying to stare at it
2) The menu buttons require a slight pause between each press, which isn't a big deal, unless you're always trying to switch video input
3) Nine button presses with a pause between each one is a little excessive for when I'm trying to change the video in, which I do at least a few times a day. The inclusion of an "Input Source" button would be amazing.

Other Thoughts: In spite of the length of my cons section, I really do love this monitor. It works wonderfully and I definitely have no regrets about buying it.

Pros: This is an outstanding monitor. Use it for my PS3 and it puts out fantastic 1080p. No dead pixels what-so-ever. If you're looking for a high quality, high definition monitor not to be used as a TV then buy this immediately and stop looking. Free HDMI cable is nice as well, eliminates another cost.

Cons: My only gripe is that when it arrived the glossy frame around the screen was partially seperated from the back casing in the upper right hand corner. Probably occured in shipping and has no effect on the actual screen so I'm not marking down for it.

Other Thoughts: Keep in mind there are no speakers with this monitor so if you don't have any get some. Cheapie 2.0 speakers should be fine for general use.

Pros: This monitor is so far outstanding. The color is incredible, it displays at the advertised resolution, no noticeable bleeding, no dead pixels, no complaints whatsoever. I paired this with the cheap Rosewill flat panel wallmount that Newegg offers, as well as a DVI to HDMI cable and could not be happier with the result.

Cons: None whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: If you're looking for a gaming/multimedia monitor and don't want to spend a fortune, check this out.
