Pros: This is my second 22" LCD monitor for home use. My first one is HanssG from Best Buy for about the same price plus tax. Plenty on connection types for use with computer/DVD player/etc. Clean screen resolution w/ no dead pixels. Built in sound on ASUS is much better than HanssG's.
I thought the built in web cam was a little fuzzy when I first tested it out, but noticed that it also had the thin protective plastic coating. Peeled it right off and voila! Quality is just as good as my $ 70 Logitech webcam I use for my laptop! Definitely would recommend it to my anybody.

Cons: No built in microphone for that webcam?

Awesom Monitor

Pros: Great picture. It has HDMI, DVI and VGA. More than enough preset image settings. It will automatically a just contrast when for the best colors depending on the image. Huge screen and the image gos all the way to the edge.

Cons: No mic.

Other Thoughts: All those stickers in the picture are on the protective wrapping so it comes off really easy

Pretty Nice Monitor

Pros: Great monitor for the price. You probably won't find another HDMI compatible 22" DVI/VGA Monitor for anything close to this price. Furthermore its an ASUS, which is a very reliable brand. If you're in search of a wider monitor and something as versatile in both for PC and everything else (XBOX 360/PS3/TV) don't hesitate to pick this up. Very easy setup and Newegg delivered it in a single day because I lived close to there warehouse. Great Buy!

Cons: Had some issues with running this thing on DVI, (Bios/Windows setup loads, but goes black instead of to my desktop) but after reading up on some stuff, all I had to do was turn the monitor off and wait till Windows booted, turned it on and EDID was set to Digital instead of Analog. Webcam is horrible.. 1.3 Megapixel and Monitor speakers aren't that loud but HDMI input was the real reason why I wanted this anyways.

Other Thoughts: Was thinking about dual monitors with my Samsung 17" but after taking a look at this 22"... forget about it.. this thing is huge. Finally some workspace and less minimizing of different windows.

Pros: Wonderful brightness and colors right out of the box. CS:S looked great compared to my previous monitor with no blurring or other noticable issues. Others have mentioned light bleeding, but this was only noticable during bootup so I wouldn't consider this a con, more a characteristic of most LCDs. No dead / stuck pixels. If you're considering upgrading to an LCD, this is a lot of bang for your buck.

Cons: I'm told the speakers are laughable, but most people use headphones / surround systems anyway.

Other Thoughts: Newegg's CS is the best I've ever dealt with. They were nothing but polite, professional and courteous. They seem to have a real commitment to their customers which is rare nowadays.

No Kidding

Pros: Great monitor. Even compared to my same size Samsung that I watch tv and bluray on. Viewing angle is better horizontal wise. Am using with VGA only so far and I have been impressed. It is 90% as good as the Samsung on DVI.

Cons: For you. I only pd 199 and free shipping.

Other Thoughts: Don't install the screensaver thing. It made computer not be able to sleep in my case.

Fantastic Product

Pros: Coming off a 15" monitor i must say this product was bigger then i first imagined. Not one dead/stuck pixel. Color is amazing and works well with my HD needs. Being used for my ps3 or watching HD videos.... this does the trick and you wont be disappointed.

Cons: I dont have any disappoint with this product. Asus makes superb monitors and as many previous people mentioned... the monitor speakers aren't exactly the greatest but for someone like my who already has a logitech system, its really more of a bonus to have the speakers.

Other Thoughts: Web cam is just a bonus. You will need to have your own mic plugged in if you intend on using any features to speak. On a side note this is probably the first time newegg took more then a day to ship. I would assume its because of the sale they had and their warehouse ran out in my area. But thats nothing to complain about. This is well worth every penny you pay for those that consider purchasing this product. I mean come on... hdmi/dvi/vga?
