Run the Connect Utility from Logitech!

Pros: To SpAiD and any other customers who receive this mouse apparently DOA - need to reset the mouse by running the Connect Utility. These mice work great, but it seems the people who packaged these refurbs DID NOT ensure that mouse and receiver are "on the same wavelength" LITERALLY!

Cons: Poor quality control; gives Logitech and Newegg a bad rep for product that works okay after being reset.

Other Thoughts: Love these mice and Logitech products in general.
