The RZ01-020200-R1M1 Diamondback Precision Gaming mouse plays a great game, giving precise feedback and enhanced performance for instantaneous response. It features a improved motion detection up to 40ips and 15g, a 6400 fps-plus frame rate, and a 16 bit data path instead of the 8 bit and 12 bit data paths of conventional mice. It has an ultrahigh resolution 1600 DPI optical sensor to enhance feedback. Razer precision doubles the accuracy of other conventional mice. The mouse performs just as well for slow-twitch players and fast-twitch response. An ergonomic design with ambidextrous shape makes it work for left-handed and right-handed people alike.
The mouse features seven buttons easily customized with the bundled Razor software to suit your game. It uses a USB interface for faster data transfer, allowing the user to cover more screen space with less hand movement and greater precision. With its On-the-Fly sensitivity-adjustment, the salamander, red-colored mouse allows more effective control of the game. Its Zero acoustic Teflon feet allow smooth motion over any surface.
Smooth, precise, quiet and deadly, the Razer Diamondback is just waiting for you!

amazing mouse for gamers
- Pros: the on the fly sensitivity thing is great evne though i don't really use it when i play bf2 and cs:s, but if i did, i would. i have my sensitivity set on max at 1600dpi and no problems at all handling the speed. the mouse feels great since i have a small hand and it looks cool. i didn't think a mouse did much for gaming but it seriously helps with the accuracy. i've already improved wonders and i'm still breaking this baby in.
- Cons: sometimes when i power up my computer, my mouse doesn't work because my usb controller isn't powering it. this is a known problem listed on razer's website and all you have to do is restart computer to get the mouse power.
- Other Thoughts: use this for bf2 and cs:s or basically any other fps but those are the ones i play frequently.
Best ever.....
- Comments: Got this mouse as a gift for Christmas from a friend. They are always complaining that I am hard to buy for since I have every tech-toy you can immagine. Well I didn't have one of these, but it is so impressive that I will be purchasing 2 more for the other PCs in my house.
I also have one of the Razer Viper mice. This Diamondback blows it away. The sensitivity is much more precise. The mouse it's self is just a little larger (the Viper is a bit to small) and the added functionality of 7-buttons can't be beat! O- and one cool geek factor is that the bright-red LEDs stay on all the time which looks killer in the dark! :~)

Great mouse!
- Pros: Mouse lights up, 1600dpi ( great for gaming) and a very comfortable mouse! Also has a software to change the sensitivity level.
- Cons: None whatsoever.
- Other Thoughts: This mouse is worth the money!
Hated it
- Pros: - It lights up...
- It looks cool... - 1600 DPI
- Cons: - What can I say, I hated the way the mouse felt. The lefty/righty fucntion was really annoying dueo the buttons rubbing againts on the right side of the mouse. I went from MX518 to this mouse and I just wanted to smash the Salamander mouse againts the wall. If you're use to a RIGHT handed mouse, this one might not be for you.
- Not worth 50+ dollars - 1600 DPI was useless to me, since I only use 800DPI
- Other Thoughts: I gave this mouse a fair chance trying to get use to it for months and months. I just didn't feel like torturing myself anymore and got a Logitech MX518.
Excellent Mouse!
- Pros: Looks great, feels great, works great! I love how it has multiple buttons and the tracking during games is unbelievable! The red glow also looks amazing at night
- Cons: The side buttons are actually joined together, so it makes it a bit difficult to know which button your clicking without looking at it.
- Other Thoughts: The buttons click very easily, it takes some getting used to. I sometimes accidentally fire in CSS because i'm not used to this, but it should go away in a few days.
