Rosewill RH-40C 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Multimedia Stereo Headset

Pros: Bought it for under 10 dollars. General performance is good.

Cons: It broke this morning (the place connects one of the ear pads and the bridge got broken), after about 14 months of light use (I used it for a couple of hours for about once every week).

Other Thoughts: I know probably Rosewill will no longer sell this mode. But I still want to write this review, just because the only time I really really needed to use this headset, it failed on me.

Pros: Decent sounding, standard connectors, good fit. And cheap.

Wasn't looking for something extravagant for voicechat so this fit the bill.

Cons: Ear pad material makes long term use uncomfortable.

Somewhat prone to failiure, dropped it on bed from about a foot and the plastic headband cracked and snapped in a few spots. One of the speakers detatched and rattles around inside the earmuff bit.

Would be given 5 stars otherwise.

Pros: Good microphone and sound quality.

Cons: Right ear piece stopped working on day 2.

Pros: Great sound for the cost. Durable. I went through four pairs of headsets in two years before I got this, and they broke just before the two year mark.

Cons: Stress fracture on the connector between the left earpiece and the rest of the headset did it in. Wire is a tad long, but that's not anybody's fault but my own for having such a tangled cord setup for my computer.

Other Thoughts: Considering how fast I go through headsets, this lasted me an amazingly long time. Definitely recommend purchasing this if you're on a budget.

Pros: Very cheap. Comfortable fit. Long cord. Pretty good audio quality.

Cons: Cord is a little flimsy (for $7 bucks, that's to be expected, huh?), and there's some hissing at high volume.

Other Thoughts: For $7, my expectations weren't very high - but I ended up pleasantly surprised. These are of decent quality.

Pros: They sound good and the microphone works well.

Cons: They are pretty flimsy and extremely uncomfortable

Other Thoughts: I bought these for 7 bucks when my main headset broke. For the money they worked unbelievably. They are pretty flimsy and uncomfortable, but they work great where it counts. It isn't a wonderful headset by any means, but if you need a temporary headset or something really cheap you can't ask for more.

Pros: Does its job. Good headset for a band-aid headset until you get a good one.

Cons: Hurt after a few hours of gaming. After about one month it started falling apart while I was gaming and just decided to break it in half because the headset was just bad.

Pros: Cheap! Works fine for your basic headset needs.

Cons: Sound and build quality aren't amazing. The wire was damages easily during normal usage which caused the sound and mic to eventually stop working.

Pros: Its cheap, you get what you pay for, it works for a while.

But here is what made me give it two stars. I understand it is cheap. But the first time i bought one, my sister sat on it and it broke. OK. Then I bought a second one. That broke in 4 months under use. Then I pulled my wallet out for a third one and that one broke in 6 months.

Its not the speakers that are broken, but the arms holding the two speakers are the worst constructed arms ever. If it wernt for the arms breaking so quickly, I would've given it 4 stars. But then again, you get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: Now I use the mic and a bit of the headset as a helmet radio just for fun and the another mic as an amplifier when combined with that thing you use in the kitchen. I'll find some use for the volume adjuster someday.

After the third one, I was like screw this and I blew 30 bucks on Razer Moray headphones and I still have em. Bass is great, highs-lows is great. Only problem is, no mic, no volume adjuster and it tangles easy. But I had more satisfaction with those than I did with these.

Pros: cheap

Cons: Mic definitely cannot work at all !!!

Other Thoughts: I am very mad about this product. I found the microphone of this headset cannot work and then checked the wire connection of this headset. It is very ridiculous that the microphone is located at the left side of this product but it is wired to the hear phone connector (the green one) instead of the microphone connector (the pink one)!!! In this case, the microphone of course cannot work!!! Are they fooling customers? This is definitely not my fault, I don't even want to pay the shipping(it's more expensive than this product ) for the replacement.
