Pros: Good audio quality

Cons: Unreliable and fragile

Other Thoughts: Three strikes and you’re out, Jabra. I ordered two headsets for me and my wife. One didn’t hold a charge for more than a day or two, so I returned it for a replacement. In five months, the earpiece cracked where the clear ear covering attaches to the black stem. The second headset (my wife’s) lasted for six months, but the audio now cuts out periodically. She can’t hear callers even though they can hear her. We treat our phone equipment with care, but this headset is way too fragile. Look elsewhere if you want a headset that will last.

Pros: its light, nice mic..have owned for 5 months

Cons: i have had to pare it to my phone once every month because it wont find it, have call someone 2 times in order for them to hear me it does not work on the first call..it wont do voice features at all..will be calling jabra about it.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY GET ANYTHING ELESE

Pros: its vibrating feature is actually pretty nice

Cons: unfourrtunatly the product it self is made cheap. if u constanly remove it from ur head it will come apart. the seem where the rubber meets the plastic is to weak. due to this problem the the wire sheild gets all messed up and eventually u will hear heavy static.

Other Thoughts: if u dont belive me look up other reviews for this product most complain of its static
