Just fine
- Pros: Reads and burns just fine. NOT noisy as some people have said, unless they're expecting the world's only silent mechanical tray-loading optical drive.

Good Deal
- Pros: Shipped and delivered quickly and well packaged. I bought this unit for my father as I have an older Lite-On DVD burner and never had a single problem with it. The new unit performed, as I expected, right out of the box.
- Cons: The unit came with a free pack of DVD+R-DL discs, and I burned one coaster before realizing that the discs are 2.4x but for some reason the drive recognized it as 4x media. There is a firmware update on the product website and perhaps that will correct this extremely minor issue.
