Pros: Once the software and firmware was updated it works spectacular!

Cons: Comes with horrid firmware.
Most out-of-the-box software (Easy Media Creator, Record Now, Easy DVD Creator) must be updated for the DVD burner to work.

If not updated it is only a coaster machine.

Other Thoughts: MUST HAVE THESE DOWNLOADS!:
