Incredible sound but no equalizer

Pros: This card gives incredible sound and its cheap. It really suprised me how good the quality is its the best and clearest sound i have heard come out of a computer. Incredible for movies and music.

Cons: There is no equalizer so if you are into video games you might be upset if you are trying to tweak your computer to be the best of the best for listening to footsteps and other give aways. Although it did help over my onboard Audio i could here them easier and alot further away without cranking the volume.

Other Thoughts: Newegg delivered early as always. Provides great lows for my 15" subwoofer and my 8" woofer. Nothin like listening to We Will Rock You by Queen or watching something explode and your whole concreate block house vibrates. >:)

Pros: Still looking for pros...

Cons: not cheap, no updated drivers, minimal functionality, DD stopped working after 1 week

Other Thoughts: I had this working in an MCE2005 rig just for the SPDIF out and it worked great, for a week. Then for no reason I was no longer able to get it to output a dolby digital bitstream. No amount of uninstalling or reconfiguring would bring it back. I'm sticking with onboard NV sound or Audigys from now on.
