Other Thoughts: I give it a C. for overall capture quality. I will also try so use my digital cam as a second cam. Two streams are better than one right?

Pros: Once again, great price from Newegg.com. No problem installing. Make it easy on yourself and install the software/drivers first before connecting to your pc. You may have to use color boost because of poorly lighted rooms at home.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Works great on flat panels and laptop screens.Privacy shield is great. Built in mic as well.

Cons: face tracking software is bothersome..mostly because it only works halfway

Pros: Love it. Don't know if it's because I'm a first time webcam user, but I don't see the graininess at all. Excellent quality, but I have yet to try talking to someone else - since NO ONE I know owns a webcam!

Other Thoughts: Maybe because I don't have my screen resolution at 100%, it affects the graininess issue. No pixellation here - looks beautiful. I think you may have some new buyers - my friends and family - very soon. NEWEGG - I will always use you, thanks for the fast shipping!

Comments: Wow, what can I say? I did a lot of research before buying this webcam. As I was browsing I noticied cam's that were $20.00 cheaper but still operated at 30FPS. However, I decided to put my trust in Logitech (as I am a huge fan of them) and pay a bit more money.

Now, I have been buying cams for a long time. I have been buying different brands and models all the way back to Windows98SE. Everytime, as good as the products were, I was dissapointed because it would be grainy, or slow, or color mis matching, and so on.

Well, I hooked up this camera, and I must say, I am 100% satisfied. It captures colors in extreme fashion and holds them, no fading in and out. The picture is brillant. Even the face-tracking feature works very well. If you're considering a camera, esp. cost vs quality, this one is the one to get. I did notice Logitech has the Pro 5000 model out now, which I can only imagine is better, so you may want to look at that, too. As for this model though, it earns an A+ in my book, which is the first camera to ever do so. Cheers!

Comments: Looks like I'll be the first to write a review for using this on a Mac...It's awesome! Took a couple minutes to install the software, a reboot, and it was running. Very clear picture, especially in the dark. I haven't even needed to do any adjusting to make the picture better. I bought this with a check--and got it only one week after I mailed the check, which is essentially five days because they dont ship on weekends. Very impressive. I would recommend this webcam as well as newegg to anyone.
