Wonderful pocket point and shoot
- Pros: Easy to use and high quality. This little camera is light weight but feels very sturdy in your hand. There is almost no digital noise when using this camera in its best setting and you are still able to get almost 550 pictures on a 2gb card. I have let my family use it who have very little understanding of digital cameras and they were able to pick it up and use it with no problems.
- Cons: It uses XD memory which is a more expensive and less common then SD memory.
- Other Thoughts: I work in the electronics retail business as a store manager and with Olympus cameras I have very little returns and the only product that does come back is from buyers remorse. Their cameras are very high quality and well Priced. I hope this review help you with your buying decision.

- Pros: Excellent camaera... Easy to use... greate features...easy to switch between picutre and play back mode..Very easy to configure.. i'm impressed with the product

- Other Thoughts: The battery pack is great..no rechargeables needed...

grainy, blurry, terrible pictures, but at least it fits in my pocket
- Pros: Very slim design and sturdy construction. Definitely looks like it would take good pictures.
- Cons: Absolutely terrible picture quality. I spent hours trying to figure out how I could avoid the horrible grain and blur that occurs in almost every picture, but sadly I found no way. Performs abysmally in low lighting. Do not even attempt it without the flash on. I have an older Sony Cybershot DSC W80 so I took some pictures of the same objects to compare the quality. The Cybershot won hands down, and it's a 7.2 mp. The colors are so much more vibrant and everything is much more crisp.
- Other Thoughts: Even if this had been my first digital camera and I did not know any better, I still don't think I'd be satisfied with the image quality of the fe-280. I have no idea what they mean by "image stabilization", because from looking at my pictures, one might think I was having a mild seizure when I took them. But this does teach me not to buy a camera based on size and looks.

- Cons: Pictures are pretty blurry, I own a Sony (DSC-P100) that I got over 3 years ago that is a much better camera.
- Other Thoughts: It is cheap, but no where near where point and shoot cameras should be.
Simply amazing!
- Pros: Look this is really a great camera. I don't care what these guys say, it really does take great pictures. Its super thin and light it's crazy. VERY VERY easy to use, a really smart new born baby could figure it out.
- Cons: It could take better night shots.
- Other Thoughts: People really are stupid if they expect the world from a $170 - $190 camera I paid the former. Let them wine and cry all they want about this camera. The fact is it's cheap and it's great for the price you pay! that is all.
