Pros: Fairly easy, picture looks great, playback is simple as is editing. Overall, this is a good buy.
Cons: Auto Focus is slow, I suggest manual focus.
Other Thoughts: If you want a good Camcorder to record family and friends plus good quality terrain footage this is for you.

Pros: The product was what I was looking for specifically, so tis review is not exactly about the 'specific product'. I actually bought this exact same camcorder from Broadway Photo out of New York. They are a large scale merchant with many different named stores all over the web. To make a long story short, the customer service from bway photo tremendously SUCKS! After I had made my purchase with my credit card, rcvd a conformation #, and called back to get more details on shipping, I was told that the import model that I ordered was unavailable, but they could sell me the USA model for $200.00 extra. I told them to stick it and cancel my order. They were also extremely rude with no pleases or thank yous. Newegg.com, on the other hand, has been extremely helpful and courteous. Although I have spent $40.00 extra dollars on the same equipment, it has been well worth it to deal with excellent customer service reps, such as Lizza, Ashley, Maverick, and Elizabeth.
Cons: None to speak of.
Other Thoughts: To be treated like a valued customer and to be treated like I've been the next door neighbor of the customer service rep. for 20 years goes a long way. I will happily shop at newegg from now on for electronics. Stay away from Broadway Photo. They offer the lowest price on the web, because after you buy, they hit you with numerous surcharges, handling fees, and insurance payments that add up to more than where you could buy it elsewhere. If you call here to newegg, expect to be treated great and don't even waste your time with the other sites that calim to have the cheapest price on the net. You're just gonna get ripped off in the end. You can trust newegg.
