Great refurb deal so far.

Pros: Works as advertised so far. Do backups over gig wired link between Windows and Ubuntu box with good speeds. Wireless is fine.

Cons: Admin interface is really slow.

Other Thoughts: There is a firmware update available, but things are working fine so I haven't flashed it yet.

I did a mistake buying this

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I read most of the reviews and thought, I can easily fix this and hence bought a refurbished one.

I spent all Saturday and Sunday 3 hours trying to make this work. I never use wireless and hence I did not care about it. Earlier I used to have a netgear10/100 router, but wanted to upgrade to GB router.

This router does not allow me to get Dynamic IP address and always says Static. Tried all Saturday and Sunday and have no more patience. Returning it today.

Pros: This is a fantastic router. I actually didn't need wireless networking so I turned that off and just use this as a router for my cable modem and to expand my home network, and it works great. You just can't beat a gigabit router at this price.

Cons: It is refurbished, but there are no moving parts so you're pretty safe.

Other Thoughts: You just can't beat this class of router at this price.
