The VOIP3212 from Philips gives you extra choices. This dual-mode phone can make standard land-line calls or Skype network calls. You can also take advantage of SkypeOut and make low-cost long distance calls, saving you money.

The Skype button on the handset takes you directly to your contact list. Other built-in conveniences include a headphone jack and speakerphone option, letting you make your conversations as private or public as you want. You can also set the ringer to distinguish between Skype and landline calls.

A second handset is included so you can use this phone in multiple rooms.

Pros: NONE

Cons: This product requires intalling voip software and then connecting the DECT trasmitter to your computer. The software destroys existing operating system drivers making other wireless hardware such as a mouse and keyboard inoperable. My business computer remains inoperable. I now need to purchase a hard wire system in order to fix the problem. Logitech has been awesome. Phillips did not help at all. Phillips has lost my respect and a customer to boot.
