Pros: Cheap, big, powerful. Good graphics for the price.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my brother who's going off to college. I wanted to make sure that he would be able to play his games (World of Warcraft in particular). I upgraded it to 1GB RAM and it is fast, plays games at mediumish settings.

don't waste your time or money

Pros: excellent performance if you can get it to work

Cons: extremely unreliable
runs very hot
expect to use the warranty more than 2 times, if it does'nt run out by the time they send it back after the first problem is fixed

Other Thoughts: i got the laptop for christmas, for my husband, knowing he wanted a powerful laptop to handle our audio and photoediting needs. we were planning a trip to ind ia as well, and the laptop would be the perfect accessory for the trip. it stopped functioning within less than 6 months of use, and we decided we were just unlucky and that if we returned the laptop to abs they would be able to help us. oops!
we returned back to the us 4 months early, so we could still be covered by the warranty and maybe not lose the $xxxx we invested in it. we sent it back to newegg ($xx shipping), who sent it to abs' workshop. abs used about 2 months of our warranty time to fix the item, sending it back just a week before the warranty was to expire

well lucky us, the laptop started malfunctioning again, rather more dramatically this time. the motherboard BURNT OUT within a month of usage. repeated attempts to get abs to see our side of the story has failed. don't waste your money
