Pros: Has a nice tilt that makes for easier typing. No frill, just does the job its designed to do.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: The USB cord is hard wired to the cooler. May be a plus for some people. If it were removable it would make for easier insertion into laptop case.

Pros: It worked well for me after I modded the housing/plastic grill.
Cons: It had a very poor airflow with the stock fan protection (the flat plastic grill in front of the fan). I'm not talking about the metal grill that is attached to the back of the fans.
I used a hot knife to cut/melt those plastic grills, making a completely round hole in it, consequently the airflow mode than doubled. My laptop's temperature dropped drastically after this mod.
One of the fans are noisy and makes a grinding sound, specially when I first turn on the unit. I'm not sure I'll be able to find fan replacements since they are very small.
A whole lot of dust gets pushed onto the bottom of the laptop and the fans themselves, but there's nothing you can really do about it other than cleaning it every couple of months.
Other Thoughts: It's not a bad product at all but it requires some modding to make it better.

Cons: the thing sometimes turns on and makes a really loud whirring noise until i turn it off/on again. not exactly the quietest of fans either.
