Overall good
- Pros: Quiet, cooled well, easy to install
- Cons: After two years of running almost constantly the pump died. Ran low on water quickly.
- Other Thoughts: Wish I could find a replacement pump.
Discontinued!
- Pros: it was a good concept and when it came out you couldn't get anything like it for anything close to its price.
Quiet, stable temps for both the GPU and CPU.
- Cons: After 2 years I have had 2 pumps fail. The second time I pursued a warranty I was told by Kingwin they have discontinued the product due to too many problems!
- Other Thoughts: Kingwin support was pretty cool about it, they gave me their new product line (the "Gladiator") in exchange no charge. Unfortunately their new product is completely different and doesn't offer the same benefits that I based my whole decision on the AS300 purchase.
Just passed one year and going strong
- Pros: Works pretty well, overall nice and quiet, keeps temps within reasonable ranges on an Athlon 64 3800+ and two GeForce 7600s.
- Cons: The loud beep is really annoying when I start up my computer.
- Other Thoughts: I do use one of the fancy coolants that claims to have lubricating properties that helps preserve pump life, so that may have something to do with it. I did notice temperatures going up at about 6 months in, but I think that's more related to the fact that the dorm I moved into at about that point has absolutely nowhere good to put the thing, so heat kind of builds up. Had to get some exhaust fans to pull the hot air out of the case since I mounted it internally.
