4 out of 5 eggsKeeps your card cool!

Pros: I run an MCE box in the living room and needed a less noisy option than the stock fan. This is great.

Cons: The fan sticks above the profile of my case so I had to "mod" my case with a hammer to bang out the part of the cover where it sticks out.

5 out of 5 eggsnot just a video card cooler, it's a system cooler!

Pros: lowered my video card temperature by 9 degrees, CPU temp. by 5, system temp. by 4, can't argue that! more quiet & better looking than stock

Cons: thermal pads are WAY too thick like some people said, which may cause a gap between heatsink & GPU, gotta be careful with that or the GPU is gonna fry, i used the stock thermal pad instead

Other Thoughts: just a little worried that it doesn't cool the VRM on the video card like the stock cooler

4 out of 5 eggsLove The Look

Pros: Over all brought my intire system temps down. I have two for my XFX 6800XTs. They make my cards look tough. Move air like a charm.

Cons: I did have to trim them down to fit into my case. Even this realy wasnt a con.

1 out of 5 eggsI'm sure it works, but...

Pros: Overall excellent reviews from this and other sites.

Cons: Not compatible with XFX 6800XT AGP cards.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this after reading several reviews that stated it worked with the GeForce 6800 XT agp card, with a little modding. I own the XFX 6800XT, and the card isn't compatible at all!!!! It won't take a little modding, it will take a complete redesign of the card to get this to work. The plate designated for the RAM covers all the wrong spots, and the screws that hold the cooler to the card are almost half an inch to where the holes are. Apparently it works with the 6800XT agp, just no the XFX branded one. Guess I'll be RMA'ing this one.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased

Pros: Excellent product, fits the cards it claims to, vents air out of your case (much nicer than a factory heatsink and fan that simply recirculate within case). Looks awesome, and does the job RIGHT! Dropped my temps another 10 C from the factory cooling, and of course it helps out that it vents it out the back. very very happy =)

Cons: Makes your card heavier (haha who CARES!) and can be slightly too long if you have certain models of a 7900. (no big deal you can make a notch or two for the power connector and trim the end exhaust). and really those aren't even cons.

Other Thoughts: One other thing to note, is that if you are worried that it won't fit your card, take a look at their website and take a look at this product in particular. They have a pdf showing the exact measurements for each part, and you can determine whether it will fit properly or not. (can come in handy) and worse case scenario, you can always make those few modifications.

5 out of 5 eggsTakes some customization to work on 6800XT's

Pros: Once I was able to get this to fit my Biostar 6800XT, I was very pleased with the product. It lowered my temps by 12 degrees and, as others have said, the product is very silent.

Cons: This does NOT fix the 6800XT cards right out of the box! Neither does the company make any claims that it does so this is just a warning, not a con.

Other Thoughts: In order to get it to fit my card I had to first remove all of the thermal pads for the RAM off of the heat sink. I also had to remove the base of the end of the cooler chute which is held on by 4 tiny screws. This allowed clearance for several capacitors at the end of the 6800XT. Once you've done that, it fits like a glove.
